∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have work experiences in Textile / Spinning / RMG / Composite Factories.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR & Admin/ Security Management/ Logistic Management, Office Management and Workers Motivation.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Khadun, Rupganj, Narayanganj.
∎ Experience in working with reputed Textile Factory will be treated as an added advantage.
∎ Candidate who is experienced with the Maintenance of Quality Record at any ISO 9001:2008 certified enterprise or has work experienced with Management Representative (MR) of any organization will be an added advantage.
∎ Demonstrate excellent leadership and management qualities, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail reporting and handle all problems diplomatically.
∎ Should be appreciated to have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ Must meet the deadline for the assigned mission.
∎ Strong decision making, quick conflict management ability and good negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English.
∎ Good command in computer literacy and presentation skills.
∎ Must be well conversant with labor law, labor Rules, Factory Rules, Fire Rules, NFPA, BNBC, Environmental Law and HR Policies development and implementation especially related to textile Sector.
∎ Must have work experiences in Textile / Spinning / RMG / Composite Factories.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare, update and implement HR Policy and Job description of employees.
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Organizing Recruitment, Orientation, Training and Development, ACR.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues.
∎ Deal with all HR related issues and Follow up compliance related task as well.
∎ Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/ compliance auditors.
∎ Sound knowledge on BLA – 2006 and Amendments, Factories Acts, Fire prevention law and ILO Convention relevant to spinning and Textile.
∎ Liaison with BTMEA compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
∎ Face the certification audit, obtained certificate and face other surveillance audits.
∎ Monitor, supervise administrative, transport and overall logistic issues as per group policy.
∎ Monitor the security and safety issues to keep the premises safe and secured.
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all activist and work procedures.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
