  • Weight should not be over 70 kg.

  • Ability to work as a team.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and computer literacy



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
  •  Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department by following the official procedure.
  • Coordinate meeting and training room bookings, including setup and cleanup.
  • Log, track, and coordinate receipts and dispatch of documents and parcels.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. 
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling, and conducting interviews if needed.
  • Supervise cleaning for a clean office environment.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Handle any inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
  • Any others task as assigned by Head of Administration.
