Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administration & Legal Affairs:
∎ Ensure security of plant, properties & personnel.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues.
∎ Follow-up factory all license, Certificate & take necessary steps for renewal & update.
∎ Follow up Health, Safety & hygienic Issues as per legal requirement.
∎ Follow up & ensure all office Management for better work environment.
∎ In collaboration with the company General Manager, develop and implement time to time factory all HR & Administrative issues & also Prepare timely reports and presentations to General Manager.
∎ Ensure administrative related MIS are properly maintaining, update.
∎ Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment's, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties;
∎ To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation of Factory.
∎ Handles company's legal issues related to LAND.
∎ Handles company's legal issues related to LABOR LAW and face any case in the labor court.
∎ Preparation of agreements, contracts, legal letters and documents for ensuring legal immunity for the organization.
∎ Human Resources:
∎ To ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ To follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
∎ To follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ To ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ To follow up expenditures like staff & worker's salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill, etc.
∎ To take necessary action for updating all employee Personal File time to time.
∎ To conduct Job Analysis and confirm Job Description for all employees.
∎ To handle the grievance and disciplinary proceedings and conduct domestic inquiry smoothly.
∎ Ensure required training is conducted as needs basis of the employees on regular basis as well as create motivation for all employees.
∎ Compliance:
∎ To implement and monitor the Code of Conduct of different Buyers & Audit at Factory.
∎ To ensure all necessary documents & records to conduct the different social compliance audit like amfori BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ICS, HBI, WCA, HIGG INDEX FSLM Assessment, C-TPAT as well as prepare & up to date all the documentation for the Process & Procedure accordingly.
∎ To implement the ISO Management System at Factory and ensure all necessary documents & records to conduct the different ISO audit like ISO 9001.2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001.2015 (Environment Management System) & ISO 45001.2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) as well as prepare & up to date all the documentation for the Process & Procedure accordingly.
∎ To ensure all necessary documents & records to conduct the different environmental compliance audit like HIGG INDEX FEM verification, STeP Audit, ECOVADIS assessment as well as prepare & up to date all the documentation for the Process & Procedure accordingly.
∎ To ensure all necessary documents & records to conduct the different product label certification audit like GOTS, OCS, GRS & RCS, OEKO-TEX 100, ECOLABEL as well as prepare & up to date all the documentation for the Process & Procedure accordingly.
∎ To follow-up and monitor all the Legal License/Govt. Approval/Permission, Legal Certifications, Compliance Certifications of Factory regarding their expiration & validity and take necessary action proactively to update the License & Certifications accordingly.
∎ To handle ACCORD and Alliance audit independently.(Structural Safety, Fire and Electrical Safety)
∎ Carry out regular Internal Audit at Factories in a certain interval based on Company COC and other Audit COC (i.e amfori BSCI COC, WRAP COC, ETI Code etc.), put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation, and provide reports to higher up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 05 years working experience in Managerial position
∎ Work under pressure.
∎ Capable to handle critical situation.
∎ Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali.
∎ Good in MS Office Package.
