Job Context:
∎ Coppertech Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as Manager Admin.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The individual shall have overall responsibility to handle all issues relating to Administrative & procurement activities of Head office, Factory & Warehouse.
∎ Responsible for establishing, liaising, coordinating and implementing all services and protecting interest all business related work, negotiation with relevant authorities such as Ministries, Directorates, Embassies, Govt. Offices, Local bodies and any other third parties in order to get those work done on time..
∎ To Monitor, supervise, plan, develop, update and to implement different policies and procedures regarding to the strategies of Administration department & improve the operational systems and policies and reporting system.
∎ Establish specifications, standards and procedures for executing the desired project particularly with respect to planning, scheduling and cost controlling.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances.
∎ Maintenance all kind of Admin related document. Controlling whole administrative and managerial functions of Office. To ensure over all Office security, safety system & ensure healthy workplace by maintaining efficient operation of Safety and Hygiene. Follow-up company's Asset Register, Inventory Record, Purchase and other billing issues.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments, check, recommend and approve (as applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely. Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures. To ensure uninterrupted utilities services.
∎ Handling BRTA works for the purpose of Vehicles and Update the Vehicles documents (TAX Token, Fitness, Insurance, Rout Permit, Registration etc.). Managing Visa Processing (B visa, E visa, Tourist Visa), Ticketing & Reservation as well.
∎ Arrangement and support of the visa, work permit, residence and transport related issues.
∎ Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture. Manage change, particularly to structure in a positive and supportive manner.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime, incentives, snacks & Lunch bill etc. To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs. Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues.
∎ Administer the transport management system. Monitor Transport, Automobile repair, Maintenance and operation. Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.
∎ Update all licenses, certificates. To maintain liaison with relevant authorities.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a positive approach, good manner, and responsible behavior.
∎ Being flexible, punctual, trustworthy and ready for this challenge! Having a great sense of urgency.
∎ Being able to fit well into our corporate culture. Able to keep your head cool and always keep your positive attitude
∎ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
∎ Should have good academic background as well as strong Interpersonal presentation skill, leadership skill and able to generate professional report.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
