Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as a point of contact for sales department for all sales admin-related issues and provide support to sales force with a view to ensure smooth sales operation for the Company
∎ Oversee distributor management through distributors appointment, termination, area division, registration, final settlement, conference and ensure credit support for distributor (off season, Eid & Special occasion)
∎ Participate in all required strategic business and quarterly performance review meeting and continuously assist the management in formulating strategic plans
∎ Establish effective strategies for the areas of responsibility, such as : TA/DA bills verification, ledger update & maintenance and improvement of operating performance of existing processes
∎ Analyse return on investment of distributors and on time bill payment (River & Hill Commission, city allowance & DSR Incentive)
