Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design & Development: Lead the design and development of architectural concepts, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulations, and sustainability goals.
∎ Project Leadership: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budgets.
∎ Manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
∎ Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and present design concepts. Ensure the architectural solutions align with client expectations and objectives.
∎ Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams, fostering professional growth and developing talent within the team.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
∎ Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on design and construction methodologies, including material selection, structural considerations, and environmental performance.
∎ Quality Control: Review and approve drawings, specifications, and project documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
∎ Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to the design process.
∎ Coordination & Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
