Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare financial statement (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
Overall monitoring accounts & finance activities of a agro based company
Monitoring properly recording of daily transaction and report to management. Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable balance to maintain optimum cash flow of the company (including bank reconciliation).
Prepare an analysis of financing requirement for CAPEX, working capital.
Prepare monthly budget variance analysis report.
Prepare monthly financial performance analysis presentation.
Review and process suppliers bill along with tax and VAT deduction and arranging payment requirement timely maintaining collaboration with head office finance and accounts team.
Preparation monthly cash flow by preparing cash flow projection
Prepare of annual budget preparation and review of budget.
Implementation new VAT and SD Act, 2012 (value declaration, corresponding with VAT office) and review monthly VAT return.
Preparation of product costing and Pricing (as and when required).Initiate cost savings measure along with cost control activities as and when required.
Conduct with internal audit team for inventory counting of every month.
Coordinate with Accounts, Finance and Tax Team of head office for annual statutory audit of the company
Any Other responsibility assigned by management time to time.
