• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Support in planning and supervising the entire glassware press machine operations during assigned shifts.

• Allocate and coordinate manpower (operator, assistant, helper) across machines as per production plan.

• Monitor machine performance including pressing parameters, mold setups, and output quality.

• Liaise with the maintenance and mold teams for timely mold changes and breakdown troubleshooting.

• Learn and assist in training operators and helpers on SOPs and best practices.

• Maintain accurate production records on shift output, rejection rate, downtime, and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards.

• Prepare and communicate shift handover reports and highlight production issues to the next shift and management.

• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for defects such as unfill, bubbles, cracks, and loading marks.
