Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Learn and apply principles of production planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Participate actively to get on-the-job training to gain a deep understanding of our company's operations, policies, and procedures;
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various assignments and initiatives within the company;
∎ Gain proficiency in quality control processes and standards to uphold the commitment to delivering superior-quality apparel to buyers
∎ Support sales and marketing efforts by assisting in conducting market research, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
∎ Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, merchandisers and external stakeholders
∎ Perform any other additional task assigned by the Management
