Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in a one-year comprehensive training program, divided into three phases:
∎ Phase 1: General Training Across All Departments – Gain broad exposure to various business functions, including IT infrastructure, sales, and operations.
∎ Phase 2: Specialized Training in a Specific Department – Focus on one key area such as server & storage, power & data center, network & security, software, or cloud solutions.
∎ Phase 3: Focused Training in a Targeted Role – Develop in-depth expertise in your chosen domain and contribute to real-world projects.
∎ Assist in planning and executing projects related to the solutions.
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and internal processes to enhance our technology offerings.
∎ Work closely with teams in sales, technical support, and operations to understand business functions and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
∎ Identify areas for efficiency enhancement and propose solutions to optimize business operations.
∎ Interact with clients to understand their technology needs, assisting in solution design and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Demonstrate leadership potential by actively participating in team initiatives and contributing innovative ideas to drive business growth.
