We are inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee – Retail Sales to build a strong pipeline of future sales leaders for our nationwide retail sales operations. This role is ideal for young, ambitious individuals who are eager to develop a long-term career in field sales and retail management.
Support district-level retail sales operations under the guidance of the Area Manager
Gain hands-on exposure to showroom operations, field sales execution, and market coverage
Assist in sales planning, target tracking, and daily operational activities
Coordinate with showroom teams and channel partners to ensure smooth execution
Support local trade marketing and promotional activities
Analyze market feedback and prepare basic sales and performance reports
Provide effective leadership and guidance to Branch Managers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources, training, and support to achieve their targets.
Act as an Acting District Manager for assigned territories under the guidance of the Area Manager.
District-level sales planning and execution
People management and performance supervision
Territory operations, compliance, and governance
Cross-functional coordination and decision-making
Leadership development through on-the-job coaching by Area Managers
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related disciplines preferred
Willingness to work in field-based roles outside Dhaka
Strong analytical skills, leadership potential, and learning agility
Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven sales environment
High-performing Management Trainees, upon successful completion of the program and subject to business requirements, may be transitioned into District Manager– level roles as full-time employees on the company’s payroll.
