Responsibilities & Context:

Background: The Responsible – Customer Experience oversees the full operations of a service center, ensuring superior customer service, efficient repair turnaround, and strong coordination between field teams, service partners, and internal stakeholders. The role ensures seamless after-sales service delivery for Home Appliance & Consumer Electronics products, driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and brand reputation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily service center operations, including job intake, job allocation, repair workflow, spare parts handling, and service documentation.

  • Lead technicians, service coordinators, and support staff at the service center.

  • Act as the focal point person for all customer-facing matters at the service center.

  • Monitor service quality and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.

  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding product issues, warranty coverage, and repair timelines.

  • Assign and monitor different jobs & schedules on time to time basis to the third-party technician team.

  • Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

  • Based on customer queries, create job orders and close them upon completion with a proper solution.

  • Supervise and monitor bills submitted by the Singer Franchise Agents (Third Party) through cross-checking with customers.

  • Claim the RMA (supplier warranty) for LED panels & compressors.

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and service tools.

  • Prepare and maintain service records, daily/weekly service center reports, service related KPIs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all service center operations.
