∎ B.Sc. in Engineering - Textile/Garment manufacturing or Graduate from any reputed university (Science, Economics, Math and English background is preferable)

∎ Most preferable who have basic knowledge of the Bestseller AQC program (Accredited Quality Controller)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To implant a fresh and enthusiastic outlook into the work environment of the organization initiated the management Trainee program.
∎ To facilitate a future pool of business leaders, we identify talents most suited to the program from prominent institution across the country.
∎ To assist with the QA section & Department head in implementing standard procedure of quality assurance & control.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze them for recommended and implementing preventive or corrective actions.
∎ Execute Corrective and preventive action by PDCA & DAMC cycle.
∎ Follow up QA/Supervisor's regular work.
∎ Data collection has to be validated with progress trend generating daily/weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Control & ensure quality of our product using/monitoring the existing workforce.
∎ Maintain audit related documents and monitor regular practice as per recommendation.
∎ Report any other deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Department.
