• Age 20 to 28 years

• A Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Apparel Merchandising and Management or in Textile Technology is highly valued.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial, as is familiarity with quality control processes and relevant software.

• Effective communication skills

• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English

• A positive professional attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Context:

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. is a 100% export oriented Knit Composite factory and It’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for interested freshers or minimum experienced candidates as “Management Trainee Officer – Quality Assurance (MTO – Quality Assurance)” who has self-motivation & eager to work under pressure and take challenges. He will typically responsible for learning and assisting in the implementation and oversight of quality control processes within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Have to involves learning to develop and implement quality assurance policies

• Have to Conduct audits, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and ensure products or services meet established quality standards.

• Collaborate with various teams, participate in training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.

• Gaining knowledge of Industrial Quality policies, protocols, and processes.

• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the trainee ship.

• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

• Preparing documents and updating records.

• Inputting of data for product quality, safety and due diligence documentation

• Any other duties deemed necessary by the company for the successful completion of the role or for the benefit of the company
