• Masters

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing from Public University is preferable.

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing from Reputed Private University is also encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• Self-motivated, dynamic, and target-oriented.

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Support customer relationship management through regular communication and follow-up.

• Prepare sales reports, client proposals, and promotional materials as required.

• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and distribution teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Participate in client visits and sales events.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the department head.
