This position offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to conduct market research, acquire new vendors, onboard them smoothly, and collaborate with various teams to drive vendor success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential vendors through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships to ensure vendor satisfaction and reliability.
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, product listing, and system setup.
- Collaborate with Business, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure a seamless and timely onboarding experience.
- Optimize product assortment based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Design effective pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Lead promotional campaigns to enhance category visibility, drive sales, and boost profitability.
- Ensure aligned execution of strategies and smooth coordination across functions for vendor and category success.
