∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of Linux OS(RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.), and command-line interface.
∎ Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and routing (CISCO certified preferred).
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic working environment.

∎ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Linux-based systems.
∎ Configure and manage networking devices, including routers and switches (CISCO).
∎ Support data backup, system security, and disaster recovery operations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for reporting.
∎ Generate and maintain regular MIS reports for management decision-making.
