Educational Requirements:
∎ Only Masters from reputed local or foreign universities with major in Business Administration/ Textile/ Apparel Merchandising/ Statistics/ Accounting or in any relevant subjects with strong academic results.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program is a Two years rotational development plan designed for highly motivated individuals with qualities of becoming the future leader of the Garments sector in Bangladesh.
∎ The program is aimed to fast track professional development through structured rotations and assignments in various functions and projects within the organization to enhance knowledge and better understand the business, markets, products, and culture.
∎ The program also offers a combination of on-the-job training and mentoring by senior leaders in augmenting talents to take on challenging roles within the company.
∎ Upon successful completion of the program, the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) typically will take on leadership roles based on their strengths and interests catering to the needs of the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and explore new ideas, willingness to take ownership and have a strong analytical skills coupled with strong business acumen.
∎ An ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with command in spoken and written English.
∎ Demonstrated leadership potential.
∎ Need to be energetic and self motivated.
