- Methods developments & analysis as a side of quality & quantity.
- Operation breakdown, Operation Bulletin / Layout SMV calculation by time study.
- Operator skill Summary.
- Nonproductive Time (NPT) record and reduce.
- Hourly Production Monitoring & Achieve the line Target.
- 5s Implementation, Training, and Auditing.
- PDCA Cycle.
- CPM, CM Calculation, Line Cost Calculation.
- Follow up KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Report.
