Methods developments & analysis as a side of quality & quantity.
Operation breakdown, Operation Bulletin / Layout SMV calculation by time study.
Maintain operator’s skill matrix.
Nonproductive Time (NPT) record and reduce.
Hourly Production Monitoring & Achieve the line Target.
5s Implementation, Training, and Auditing.
PDCA Cycle, CPM, CM Calculation, Line Cost Calculation.
Any other task assigns by Management.
