Drive business growth through technical promotion, sales, market development, and support activities for industrial and specialty chemicals across domestic and international markets.
Provide professional customer service, technical assistance, and operational support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Achieve assigned B2B sales, operational, or functional targets, contributing to overall brand expansion, revenue growth, and company profitability.
Identify and develop new customers, suppliers, projects, and business opportunities, while actively supporting and growing existing accounts.
Maintain continuous follow-up on inquiries, prospects, and internal requests, ensuring smooth execution of projects and business pipelines.
Negotiate commercial terms, coordinate internally, and support deal closures, agreements, and contracts in line with company policies.
