  • University of Dhaka,North South University,University of Chittagong,BRAC University,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference

Graduate/master's in accounting or finance with CA/CMA/ACCA will get preference

  • Adequate knowledge on MS Office, Excel & mail correspondence.

  • Time management skills

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla & English and typing speed is must.

  • Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skills as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure

  • The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Tax, VAT and Commercial, Tally ERP software, keep record and preserve VAT & Tax related works.

  • Knowledge of loan proposal preparation and bank loan management.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

A. VAT & Regulatory Compliance

  • Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns through the NBR VAT Online System.

  • Accurately maintain and submit Mushak forms (9.1, 9.2, 9.3).

  • Calculate, record, and reconcile input VAT adjustments.

  • Manage withholding VAT deductions and timely deposits.

  • Assist during VAT audits, surveys, and inspections.

  • Maintain proper VAT records, registers, and supporting documentation.

B. Income Tax Management

  • Prepare and submit corporate income tax returns.

  • Calculate and deposit Advance Income Tax (AIT).

  • Ensure proper Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) and issue certificates accordingly.

  • Handle income tax audits, assessments, and compliance matters.

  • Maintain statutory documents including e-TIN, BIN, and Trade License.

C. L/C & Import–Export Operations

  • Manage import L/C opening, amendments, and settlements.

  • Review Proforma Invoices, HS Codes, IRC, and shipping documents for accuracy.

  • Calculate L/C margins and coordinate with banks.

  • Process Bill of Entry, IMP Forms, TR Forms, and customs documentation.

  • Coordinate with banks for document negotiation and L/C retirement.

  • Support Back-to-Back L/C and export documentation when required.

D. Accounts & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate financial records related to VAT, tax, and import-related costs.

  • Prepare monthly compliance and financial reports for management review.

  • Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation.

  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and archiving systems.
