- Master of Business Management (MBM) in Cost & Management Accounting

Graduate/Masters in Accounting or Finance with CA/CMA/ACCA.

Adequate knowledge on MS Office, Excel, photoshop & mail correspondence.
Time management skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla & English and typing speed is must.
Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skills as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Tax, VAT and Commercial, Tally ERP software, keep record and preserve VAT & Tax related works.
Adequate knowledge on different types of LC, LC related documents, shipment, H.S Code, Shipping document of all types of import and export
Knowledge of loan proposal preparation and bank loan management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and international accounting standards
Develop and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets
Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions
Prepare timely financial statements and MIS reports for senior management
Oversee VAT, Tax, and other statutory filings
Implement and update compliance policies in line with industry best practices
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Train and guide finance team members on compliance and ethical standards
