Job Context:
The selected candidate will be responsible for proactively managing HR-related activities at the Company Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination, preparation of offer and joining letters, background verification, onboarding, and employee orientation.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accurate employee records.
Manage leave applications and documentation.
Monitor daily attendance, including late arrivals and absenteeism.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Prepare and issue different types of letters when required.
Training & Development:
Design and develop training modules and presentation materials for employee development.
Employee Separation:
Handle employee exit processes, including verification of resignation documents and maternity benefits, and conduct exit interviews.
HR Analytics:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support informed decision-making.
Report Generation:
Prepare and present HR-related reports.
Labor Law Compliance:
Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
