Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and implementing ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and TTL (Through-the-Line) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

  • Contribute to the planning, development, and execution of brand campaigns that align with organizational objectives and market trends.

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer behavior, and industry benchmarks.

  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions on product positioning, promotional activities, and market entry strategies.

  • Assist in measuring brand performance metrics and preparing periodic reports for senior management.

  • Collaborate in creating brand differentiation strategies to establish and maintain strong brand equity.

  • Support product innovation initiatives, including packaging, pricing, and promotional strategies, to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
