Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh The Management Trainee (CSP) program is designed to develop future leaders in the microfinance sector by integrating National Development Programme (NDP) Holistic Development Approach. Trainees will gain practical experience across key areas of microfinance, where they will actively assess, develop, and contribute ideas to improve financial inclusion, drive sector growth, and enhance sustainable development. This program equips them with the skills to create lasting impact and promote inclusive financial systems.
