∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding how LEADS Group operates (A Big Picture).
∎ Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g., policy making, goal setting)
∎ Learning to evaluate departments performance
∎ Understand each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
∎ Get familiar with HR, Finance, Planning, Marketing, Sales processes
∎ Participate in company’s strategic planning
∎ Understand core values of LEADS and how the values are implemented in each organizations.
∎ Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
∎ Keep track of business revenue
∎ Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
∎ Create and give presentations
Additional Requirements:
