Position Summary:
- The Management Trainee Program, the “Unbounders” is designed to groom young professionals into future leaders within IPDC. The program offers a comprehensive and accelerated path to leadership roles through holistic understanding of the business. Trainees will be rotated across all the departments of the organization to gain hands-on experience and a bird’s eye view of how different functions contribute to the overall business. The program will be one and a half years. It aims to equip candidates with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to assume leadership role in future.
Job Other Benifits:
Gross salary BDT 75,000 during first year
BDT 90,000 after one year
Upon confirmation, candidates will be placed as an "Assistant Manager"
