Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding how LEADS Group operates (A Big Picture).
∎ Collaborate with Learn from senior management how to develop and implement strategic plans.
∎ Assist with financial analysis and budgeting.
∎ Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making.
∎ Assist with project management and coordination.
∎ Participate in team meetings and provide input on project progress.
∎ Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g., policy making, goal setting)
∎ Learning to evaluate departments' performance.
∎ Understand each department's (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
∎ Get familiar with HR, Finance, Planning, Marketing, Sales processes.
∎ Understand company's strategic planning.
∎ Understand core values of LEADS and how the values are implemented in each organization.
∎ Understand how managers are evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
∎ Understand how managers keep track of business revenue.
∎ Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
∎ Create and give presentations.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goals.
