Responsibilities & Context:
Context: AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. is a 100% export oriented Knit Composite factory and It’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for interested freshers or minimum experienced candidates as “Management Trainee Officer - IE (MTO -IE)” who has self-motivation& eager to work under pressure and take challenges. A MTO in Industrial Engineering (IE) focuses on optimizing production processes and improving efficiency. This role involves learning various IE concepts, such as time and motion studies, work measurement, and process improvement techniques, and applying those to enhance factory operations. The trainee will work in different departments, learn about production planning, quality control, and cost reduction strategies, and contribute to achieving production target.
Responsibilities:
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of Industrial Engineering policies, protocols, and processes
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Following the company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Preparing documents and updating records
