• Have a degree or HND in a clothing/fashion technology or related subject.

• Effective communication skills

• strong communication skills in both Bangla and English

• A positive professional attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Have a solid understanding of garment manufacturing processes, quality control, and relevant software like MS Office.

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. is a 100% export oriented Knit Composite factory and It’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for interested freshers or minimum experienced candidates as “Management Trainee Officer – Garments Technologist (MTO – Garments Technologist)” who has self-motivation & eager to work under pressure and take challenges. He will involve in various aspects of product development and production, working closely with designers, merchandisers, and production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.

• Gaining knowledge of Industrial technical policies, protocols, and processes.

• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the trainee ship.

• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

• Preparing documents and updating records.

• Inputting of data for product quality, safety and due diligence documentation

• Any other duties deemed necessary by the company for the successful completion of the role or for the benefit of the company
