• Should have Bachelor (BA) in Fashion Design, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Design, Master of Science (MSc) in Fashion Designing

• Age 23 to 32 years

• Strong understanding of current fashion trends

• Excellent sketching ability and technical drawing skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D Design

• Production Innovation & Customer Presentation.Goods display in physical & website

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. is a 100% export oriented Knit Composite factory and It’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for interested freshers or minimum experienced candidates as “Management Trainee Officer – Fashion Designing (MTO – Fashion Designing)” who has self-motivation & eager to work under pressure and take challenges. This entry level position is ideal for a recent graduate who is excited to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

•  You will provide key supports of all aspects of design process, assisting with everything from idea generation to sample production

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD)

• Strong Creativity, attention to detail and a good sense of fashion trends

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Ability to work under pressure and meet dead lines

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.

• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the trainee ship.

• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

• Any other duties deemed necessary by the company for the successful completion of the role or for the benefit of the company
