Should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) in any reputed university
Age 22 to 28
Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
Gaining knowledge of Industrial electrical and maintenance policies, protocols, and processes.
Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the trainee ship.
Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
Any other duties deemed necessary by the company for the successful completion of the role or for the benefit of the company

We are looking for interested freshers or minimum experienced candidates as “Management Trainee Officer – Electrical Engineering (MTO – Electrical Engineering)” who has self-motivation & eager to work under pressure and take challenges. It has structured program to develop into a managerial role within an electrical engineering field
Responsibilities:
Should involves gaining experience in various aspects of electrical engineering, including design, implementation, maintenance, and project management.
Participate in structured training programs focused on electrical engineering principles, project management methodologies, and company-specific procedures
Gain hands-on experience in areas like electrical system design, power distribution, control systems, and equipment maintenance
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring electrical engineering projects, learning to manage timelines, budgets, and resources
Understand and adhere to safety regulations and quality standards in electrical engineering projects and operations
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations
