• Age 20 to 28

• The candidate has to Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering in any reputed institute

• The standard civil engineering knowledge includes a strong understanding of garment factory construction, maintenance, and related material sourcing

• Should possess strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Auto CAD

• Experience in factory-related construction areas and a positive, cooperative attitude are highly valued

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. is a 100% export oriented Knit Composite factory and It’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for interested freshers or minimum experienced candidates as “Management Trainee Officer – Civil Engineering (MTO – Civil Engineering)” who has self-motivation & eager to work under pressure and take challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Learning the efficient and safe operation of the factory's infrastructure and facilities

• Overseeing construction, maintenance, and safety compliance related to the building and its utilities.

• Observing and learning from experienced senior technical staff

• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the trainee ship.

• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes

• Involved in process optimization and waste reduction initiatives

• Contributing to the overall sustainability of the factory

•  Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

•  Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
