Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Equivalent degree from any Chinese University
∎ North South University,BRAC University,East West University,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: HSK Level 6 will get preference,Chinese Language Proficiency Certificate Course minimum HSK Level 4
∎ Training/Trade Course: Graduate Diploma in Leather and Footwear Management
∎ Skills Required: Attention to detail, Business Communication, Chinese Communication
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit/ Investigation, Business Development or Operation Management, Commercial/ Export-Import, General Administration, General HR, Industrial Engineering, Inventory and Procurement, Social Compliance Code of Conduct, supply chain management, Working under pressure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Tannery/Footwear
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ After successfully complete the probationary period selected trainee will be treated as permanent employee.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & eager to learn new things.
∎ Participate in planning and development.
∎ Provide employees with career assistance.
∎ Perform and ensure core HR activities and practices in the whole organization.
∎ Assist to HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organizational development and change management.
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth.
∎ To develop proper job descriptions.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006.
∎ Keep liaison with Govt. Offices like, MOFA, Bangladesh Bank, BIDA and Passport offices.
∎ Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency.
∎ Serve as leaders of changes.
∎ Any other assignment as per the decision of Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills; in both language (Bangla, Chinese & English)
∎ Acceptable leadership, motivation and counseling skill;
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, What's Apps, we chat, line & email communication.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure according to plan and meet deadlines
