AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. Is a 100% knit composite factory and it’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking an experienced and dedicated Management Accountant who is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and strategic financial information to support the Managing Director in decision-making. The role focuses on cost control, profitability analysis, budgeting, performance monitoring, and financial planning across all units of a garment’s composite factory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections for all departments.

• Analyze variances between actual results and budgets, with clear explanations and corrective recommendations.

• Support the Managing Director with financial insights for strategic planning and expansion decisions.

2. Costing & Cost Control (Garments-Specific)

• Develop and maintain accurate product costing (yarn, fabric, dyeing, CMT, trims, overheads).

• Monitor production costs across spinning, knitting/weaving, dyeing, finishing, and sewing units.

• Analyze efficiency, wastage, rejection, and rework costs.

• Implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or compliance.

3. Profitability & Performance Analysis

• Analyze style-wise, order-wise, buyer-wise, and line-wise profitability.

• Monitor contribution margins and break-even points.

• Track KPIs such as CM%, SMV efficiency, machine utilization, and overhead absorption.

• Prepare performance dashboards for the Managing Director.

4. Management Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports for daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings.

• Present financial summaries in a clear, concise, and decision-focused manner.

• Provide early warning signals on cash flow, cost overruns, and margin erosion.

5. Budgetary Control & Internal Controls

• Establish and monitor budgetary controls across departments.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

• Strengthen internal controls to prevent leakage, fraud, or inefficiencies.

6. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity.

• Optimize working capital: inventory, receivables, and payables.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and commercial teams to manage cash cycles.

7. Coordination with Accounts, Audit & Compliance

• Liaise with financial accounting, audit, tax, and compliance teams.

• Support statutory audits, cost audits, and management audits.

• Ensure alignment between management accounts and statutory financial statements.

8. Decision Support to Managing Director

• Provide scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and feasibility studies.

• Support pricing decisions, buyer negotiations, and capacity expansion projects.

• Act as a financial advisor to the Managing Director on operational and strategic matters.
