Responsibilities & Context:
JCX Hospitality Industry “Beyond Buffet” is a concern of JCX Developments Ltd is hiring
• Regularly inspect all JCX Hospitality Industry buffet restaurants to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Frequently monitor facilities to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Track and manage materials, tools, and spare parts inventory.
• Possess sound knowledge of fire safety and implement preventive measures.
• Oversee daily safety and security concerns, including AC, lighting, refrigerators, fans, electrical lines, and other related systems.
• Inspect kitchen stoves daily, ensuring timely servicing and repair.
• Maintain and follow up on the daily operation schedule of ACs, lights, and fans.
• Oversee overall safety and security standards across JCX Hospitality facilities.
• Arrange routine maintenance for buffet restaurants and associated facilities.
• Plan and supervise renovations, upgrades, and construction work.
• Respond promptly to emergency issues and ensure minimal disruption.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs and conserve energy.
• Supervise and guide the team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Monitor and maintain budgets, expenses, and activity logs.
