Educational Requirements:

∎ Equivalent combination of education and practical experience in maintenance, administrative work and logistics will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

∎ Key Result #1: Faculty Operational Support Services are well Coordinated
∎ Support the Medical team and the overseeing all field facilities, in close coordination with Field Administration Manager, CHWs, Clinic leads and Logistics leads.
∎ Support the generator, electrical and structural maintenance work of all clinics and other facilities, in coordination with the Field Admin Manager and Officers, Clinic/Nurse lead and the CHW Program;
∎ Maintenance officer perform a variety of tasks in the inspection, repair, and preventive and corrective maintenance and modification of the structure, electronic devices, equipment, generators, solar system and incinerators.
∎ Help develop and implement contingency plans when necessary.
∎ Maintained records and files, prepared reports and ordered supplies/equipment.
∎ Support the Field Administration Officers in the management and coordination of Rohingya volunteers.
∎ Responsible for water networking and sanitation in the facility.
∎ Responsible for emergency response such as natural disaster preparedness, fire incident preparedness.
∎ Key Result #2: Regular Task
∎ Carried out full minor and major visual inspections with on-site repairs as well as in functional and shutdown procedures, generator transfer, load checks, load bank testing, and transfer switch checks
∎ Demonstrated exemplary ability to troubleshoot and repair burnt-out wiring and generator hardware including radiators, oil coolers, and other engine components to ensure its good running condition
∎ Performed various maintenance related to electrical, plumbing and structural.
∎ Need to follow up the electrical meter and monthly electricity bill.
∎ Established and maintained electrical power in remotely located field environments.
∎ Maintained inventory and control of site equipment necessary to maintain daily operations.
∎ Maintained the fuel and generator logbook in daily basis.
∎ Give support to Admin officer as per their needs related to maintenance.
∎ Support all regular facilities administrative work as per need and maintain a regular or monthly check list.
∎ Key Result #3: Field Supply
∎ Carry out installations on small and large capacity generator sets and related equipment.
∎ Carry out scheduled and routine maintenance, emergency repairs of structure, equipment and generators.
∎ Provide Fuel, Mobil, electrical parts and plumbing items for the facility maintenance in regular basis.
∎ Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing materials and supplies.
∎ Have to make PRs as per needs from the field facilities and follow up the procurement process in close collaboration with Logistics Team.
∎ Assist with other duties as program required.
∎ Key Result #4 Collaboration & Communication with Internal and external parties
∎ Ensure security procedures are in place in the facilities jointly (evacuation plans etc.) and track and report security incidents in the camp in close collaboration with the Security Manager.
∎ Liaise with Site Management and Camp authorities (CiC, Site Management and Development, Wash Focal) by attending coordination meetings, when necessary directly interacting with these authorities, recording and acting on their demands.
∎ Coordinate with Field Administration Manager, fleet officer, Field Admin officers, Maintenance Assistants and Clinic leads for smooth operation.
∎ Represent and at times act as the Field liaison in any forum including meeting with government official (CIC, RRRC) donors, partners and other Bangladeshi authorities.

∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support;
∎ Ability to act proactively or find a solution with work-related problems
∎ Knowledge in Repair and Maintenance of structure and electrical.
∎ Ability to produce high quality work under pressure and cope with deadlines
