Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation/Considering Skill little negotiate able.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and perform all types of preventive and scheduled maintenance for the factory.
∎ Identify problems and troubleshoot all kinds of Garments, Cutting Machinery, Generators, Boilers, Compressors, Sub Station, and other relevant types of machinery and equipment.
∎ Have sufficient knowledge of General Compliance, NIRAPON, RSC & Boiler Safety audit, able to face the audit & maintain necessary documentation, in the subject of Electrical and Fire Alarm system.
∎ Be active on LPS & Maintenance, SLD, Solar System, Electric Consumption, Load Management, and Energy savings.
∎ Do maintenance of machinery & equipment and calibrate those regularly.
∎ Have good knowledge & experience to work on installation, modification, rectification-Utility, Maintenance, Civil & plumbing all work.
∎ Prepare the quarterly budget for spare parts and other renovation activities.
∎ Perform safety training for maintenance staff and monitor proper safety practices are followed.
∎ Maintain drawing, design, and all documents of departmental activity through the preparation of various reports, work orders, maintenance schedules, and other incidental record keeping.
∎ Perform environmental test activities like Indoor & outdoor air quality, workplace light level, noise level, temperature, and humidity through a third party.
∎ Prepare reports and update management on a regular basis.
∎ Calculate project costs and meet deadlines.
∎ Make a regular connection with vendors, clients, and other professionals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ 10-12 Years (Minimum 3 Years sd have experience on Managerial Post, also sd have the experience on Outer Wear (Jacket) Garments like Light Fabric, Sports Wear, Knit Item etc.), Expert in MS Word, Excel & e-mail communication.
Salary:
∎ Based on interview & experience will negotiate able. (Starting from 60K).
