Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering.
∎ Candidates who have degree in Elector-Mechanical Engineering will get strong preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for scheduled maintenance of all machines and equipment of the company.
∎ To ensure the maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
∎ Responsible for ensuring optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc) and measuring units of utilities produced, utilized and waste- through monthly reporting.
∎ Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utilities installation of the factory and implement accordingly.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the utilities issues such as air compressor, diesel & gas generator, water pump, workshop, steam boiler, knitting, sewing etc.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries
∎ Provide utility & maintenance related required support to the compliance team
∎ Impart effective Training to subordinates related to safety & related jobs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on trouble shooting, repairing, servicing and preventive maintenance of Gas Generator, standby diesel generator, air compressor,steam Boiler, electrical power distribution and sub-station etc.
∎ In depth knowledge on overall Maintenance & Utility related issues of Factory.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hard working, innovative & self motivated.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
