• For Diploma candidate, should have at least 15 years working experience as well as handling capacity with RSC audit in terms of Fire, Electrical and structural.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Knowledge of garment & washing processes and related equipment.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Having work experience about Accord / RSC.

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department for the washing & garments industry.

• Responsible to oversee mechanical issues of all types of sewing machine & non-sewing machine at factory in coordination with factory maintenance staff and as well as ensure all washing & hydro machines, dryers, and related equipment are functioning optimally.

• Mechanical adjustment, timing & necessary troubleshooting in factory pertinent to mostly sewing machine, washing machines and equipment.

• To coordinate with sewing machine maintenance section for machine distribution, inventory, spare parts issue, sewing needle, machine oil etc.

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to maintain production flow.

• Identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.

• Implement innovative maintenance strategies to enhance productivity and equipment longevity.

• Monitor the performance of all washing equipment and conduct routine inspections.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating with external specialists when necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of equipment performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Making attachments in house and giving training to all mechanics in special sewing machine.

• To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery.

• To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure, and manuals.

• Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
