Responsibilities & Context:
· Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities both Scheduled & unscheduled specially in following areas:
· Ensure proper operations of Generator, Sub-Station, HT.LT Switch Gear, ATS etc.
· Electro-Mechanical operation and, Water Treatment plant, Pump, Microwave Oven, Electric / Gas Geyser (hot & cool water) maintenance.
· Ensure proper operations of electrical equipment's, Plumbing, Civil rectification works, A/C, Cleaning & Hygiene, Security and safety.
· Collect, analyze and check all bills / data.
· Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
· Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations.
· Monitor personnel functions, such as supervision of electricians, technicians.
· Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
· Perform & manage emergency duty support when required by management.
· Coordinate others relevant department functions (i: e: maintenance & utility, civil engineering etc.)
· Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
