Job Responsibilities:

∎ Social Media Management: Efficiently manage inquiries across our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms. Respond promptly, professionally, and in a manner that reflects our commitment to excellence.

∎ Targeted Client Engagement: Identify and engage with HNW clients through meticulous market analysis, networking, and lead generation activities. Cultivate lasting relationships that align with our brand values.

∎ Cold Outreach Expertise: Employ your exceptional cold calling skills to initiate meaningful conversations that translate into qualified leads. Transform initial interactions into valuable business opportunities.

∎ Product Knowledge Mastery: Showcase an in-depth understanding of our luxury offerings. Articulate the unique features and benefits of our furniture, tiles, and lighting products to effectively resonate with potential clients.

∎ Client Relationship Management: Navigate delicate client interactions with sensitivity and professionalism. Uphold our reputation for exceptional client service while addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.

∎ Proactive Outreach: Initiate outbound communication efforts, including personalized emails, calls, and meetings, to engage potential clients and drive interest in our luxury brands.

∎ Collaborative Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, coordinating with design and logistics to ensure the flawless execution of client projects.

∎ Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass sales targets by closely monitoring performance metrics, identifying trends, and adapting strategies to optimize growth opportunities.

∎ Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the luxury market in Bangladesh. Provide valuable insights to guide our business decisions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proven track record in business development and sales within similar field, with a focus on the Bangladesh market scenario.

∎ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

∎ Proficiency in managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

∎ Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with tact and diplomacy.

∎ Strong networking skills and the ability to identify and engage with HNW clients.

∎ Results-oriented mind set with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and adaptability.

∎ Willingness to travel within Bangladesh as required for client meetings and industry events.
