Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in Mechanical Engineering will be preferred.
∎ Diploma in Mechanical engineering with sufficient experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, supervise and monitor maintenance of different types of advance industrial machines and electrical devices periodically.
∎ Maintaining all machines regularly to keep it functional.
∎ Preparing period budget of maintaining the machines & take pre measure to change/upgrade of changeable parts.
∎ Reduce the mechanical & electrical breakdown to achieve the target production quantity
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned breakdown and repairs.
∎ Coordinate & follow up with Spare Parts Section for import/modification repair and development, fixing the price of spare parts.
∎ Prepare report on weekly inspection in all instruments & machinery
∎ Implement safety environment in the whole factory
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in maintaining advance DENIM washing machines.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on mechanical and electrical issues
∎ Strong technical capabilities to repair in emergency.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
