- At least 6 years of relevant experience in real estate industry (post-handover and maintenance related work experience) Good at writing, communication and interpersonal skills Adequate knowledge at (BOQ) & Estimation.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Executing post-handover maintenance services to ensure the sustained satisfaction of customers.
- Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimations, and related documentation.
- Communicating with customers and other stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of services.
- Managing and reporting related to fire safety, environmental concerns, etc. logistics related work.
- Providing post-handover services. Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by effectively addressing customer queries.
- Performing tasks in alignment with management instructions as required.
