Job Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery goods run to their maximum efficiency and output.
∎ Developing maintenance procedures, tracking / analyzing and controlling maintenance costs. Scheduling maintenance tasks, supervising maintenance workers and responding to maintenance emergencies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the team to carry out inspections of the equipment to identify and resolve issues to ensure functionality.
∎ Schedule both internal and external maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime.
∎ Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
∎ Develop advanced maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
∎ Manage, coach and develop a high performing maintenance team.
∎ Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record.
∎ Develop, implement and manage KPIs for each area of responsibility.
∎ Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the organization.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
