Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University

• 1 to 2 years

• Experience: 1-2 year (s) experience in a relevant field is preferred
• Sound Knowledge of computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strategic thinking, team player, strong analytical skills, and technically sound.
• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply to business requirements.
• Willingness to travel around the country and work professionally.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for problem-solving and providing technical support to IL (Industrial Lubricants) and AL (Automotive Lubricants).

• Responsible for providing technical support to prime dealers and maintaining good relationships with the strategic partners of distributors in major cities.

• Develop and implement strategies in line with sales support.

• Execute marketing programs effectively and coordinate with sales promotion activities.

• Coordinate with existing accounts and the sales team to organize seminars, customer clinics & events for AL customers.

• Implement planned engineering services at nominated key accounts.

• Provide engineering services and support to customers and channel partners in product recommendation and applications, lubrication assessment/survey, product upgradation, introducing new products, conversion opportunities, and troubleshooting.

• Drive new business acquisitions and conversions.

• Act as an engineering, services, and technical sales resource for the field sales force

• Identify and address customer needs.

• Conduct sales training for technical employees and customers to increase product and application knowledge

• Promote deployment of the used oil condition monitoring program to customers and industry

• Generate engineering reports and documentation of findings/investigations carried out at customer sites

• Travel to the strategic and main accounts for technical support.
