Responsibilities & Context:
A foreign sister trading company is looking for cotton/ various Staple fiber marketing experts
Education
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or any relevant discipline
Experience
Minimum 3 to 7 years’ experience in spinning mills, textile, Trading, Import, or raw cotton commodity sales
MS Excel, ERP, and documentation systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or any relevant discipline
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of cotton grades, quality standards, and pricing
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel locally and internationally if required
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for raw cotton products
Identify new buyers, traders, and export opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely delivery
Prepare sales reports and market analysis
Preferred Skills
Experience in export/import business
Knowledge of international and local(Bangladeshi) cotton markets
Computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
