Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ✅ RAJUK & Government Liaison
∎ Handle all processes related to RAJUK approvals, plan submissions, and modifications.
∎ Maintain strong communication with RAJUK officials, city corporations, and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Ensure timely submission of building plans, land use clearance, and project approvals.
∎ Follow up on approval status and resolve any compliance issues.
∎ ✅ Documentation & Compliance
∎ Prepare and manage project-related documents, NOCs, permits, and compliance reports.
∎ Ensure all documents meet the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and RAJUK regulations.
∎ Keep records of land ownership documents, project layouts, and legal agreements.
∎ ✅ Project Coordination & Logistics
∎ Coordinate with architects, engineers, legal teams, and surveyors for smooth documentation and approval processes.
∎ Monitor and manage the timeline for obtaining construction permits to avoid project delays.
∎ Assist in resolving disputes related to zoning, land use, and building regulations.
