Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Monitor and maintain inventory levels and stock accuracy.
∎ Supervise logistics staff and ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
∎ Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.
∎ Prepare reports on logistics performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline processes.
